We are on the lookout for an experienced, enthusiastic and efficient account manager to join the client services team at Bluestorm. The successful candidate will play an essential role in the day-to-day management of client accounts, bridging the gap between the agency and the client.
Bluestorm is an integrated, full-service marketing agency and we are looking for someone who has the knowledge and capabilities to liaise with clients and colleagues across the whole marketing mix, including design, production, digital, advertising and PR.
The main duties would involve developing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with both clients and colleagues across all departments. The successful candidate will be a key force in driving the creative process; offering insight and interpretation to better develop a concept or campaign. The account manager would also be responsible for briefing designers/ developers, campaign planning and management, budget control, developing strategies and managing deadlines.
We’re looking for a bright spark that will go above and beyond the call of duty providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate must have a positive outlook and be able to keep cool, calm and collected whilst working in a fast-paced agency environment.
This job might be for you if you:
- Have 4+ years marketing experience (preferably in an agency environment)
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Maintain excellent writing and communication skills, with great attention to detail
- Are able to work under pressure, work to tight deadlines and to multi-task effectively
- Are proactive, motivated and well organized
- Are adept at using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Can demonstrate drive, creativity and enthusiasm
- Are flexible and adaptable
- Would be confident giving presentations/ pitching for new work
