If so, it sounds like you could be the ideal candidate for our new Content Executive role.

About the role

Our Content Executive will dive into diverse topics, spanning intricate technical and scientific data, to light-hearted, trend-led pieces. Collaborating closely with our design and digital teams, you'll bring words to life, ensuring content reaches and resonates with the right people, and remains relevant and impactful.

With the appropriate training and support you will be working directly on client content from week one.

Your work will include:

  • Content creation: Developing high-quality and engaging content including long-form articles, blog posts, social media posts, infographics, adverts and more.
  • Content strategy: Collaborating with colleagues to develop content strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Content calendar: Managing content calendars to ensure timely delivery and alignment with wider marketing campaigns.
  • SEO optimisation: Implementing SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines and increase organic traffic.
  • Content editing: Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Content distribution: Coordinating content distribution across various channels including website, social media platforms, email newsletters and other digital channels.
  • Performance analysis: Monitoring and analysing content performance metrics using analytics tools to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated: Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and digital media.

We provide integrated marketing services to a wide range of different customers, but specialise in food, education and regional development.

About you

With a degree in English, journalism, marketing, PR, or an essay-based subject and, ideally a minimum of a year’s relevant work experience, you will be the right person for us if you have:

  • Great copywriting ability, with a flair for storytelling
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • A clear digital focus - with a keen interest in website performance and social media
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • First class organisation skills
  • Teamwork skills
