Two websites created by Bluestorm's digital team have been shortlisted for prestigious industry awards.
Our website for Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG) is in the running for Best Website in the Heist Awards – which are synonymous with excellence and innovation in education marketing.
NSCG tasked us with developing a new joint brand website for its two sites – Newcastle-under-Lyme College and Stafford College. The new website had to integrate with the Group’s student management information system, to streamline internal processes, as well as help increase the number of online applications from full-time students.
We're also a finalist for Website of the Year in the Prolific North Awards, for our development of a new website for East Yorkshire-based global food ingredients manufacturer Chaucer Foods.
The Prolific North Awards recognise and reward outstanding campaigns and exceptional talent in the creative and media industries across the North of England. Chaucer Foods’ website will be competing against those created for well-known UK brands such as Burton’s Biscuits, Triumph Motorcycles, paint manufacturer Valspar and golf event The Open Championship.
Dan Murphy, Head of Digital at Bluestorm, comments:
“It’s great that our digital marketing and web development expertise have been recognised – not just in the creative and media industries in which we work, but also in the education arena, which is a key sector for Bluestorm. Both websites have achieved fantastic results for NSCG and Chaucer, which was our main objective, so it’s an added bonus that our work has shortlisted for two prestigious awards.”
