Web Developer

Are you a web developer with a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly websites? We are looking for a talented Web Developer with a strong foundation in web technologies and an eagerness to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Whether you're a recent graduate or a self-taught developer with proven skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and templating languages such as Blade and Twig.
  • Translate design files (Adobe XD or Figma) into clean, functional, responsive HTML templates.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimise websites for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web development.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS (including Tailwind), and JavaScript (including jQuery).
  • Proven experience using design files such as Adobe XD or Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Passion for web development and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Must be proficient with macOS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing your web development projects and expertise.
  • At least 1-year commercial experience in web development, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects.

Further Information:

  • Hours of Work: 8:30AM-5PM Monday to Thursday, 9AM-4PM Friday
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
