Brief
AoC asked us to amalgamate six separate websites: AoC, AoC Sport, AoC Services, AoC Awards, AoC Charitable Trust and The College Alliance, into a single, streamlined platform. The new site would need secure member login functionality, Salesforce and Eventsforce integration, and the flexibility to deliver tailored content to diverse audiences.
What we did
Outcome
We delivered a Craft CMS Multi-site that brought AoC’s brands together into a single platform, while retaining their distinct identities. Since launch, we’ve supported with continuous site enhancements, member-specific content, and annual updates for their flagship conference site - driving performance, usability, and long-term scalability.
Craft CMS. Web Development. Web Design.
Web Design & Development
To merge AoC’s multiple digital properties, we built a Craft CMS Multi-site setup – which allows each AOC brand to maintain its unique identity, while sharing a central content management system. We developed secure login areas that allow members to personalise their dashboards and access exclusive resources. SEO was embedded into every stage of the migration, with detailed redirect mapping to preserve rankings and ensure a smooth user experience. As the site has evolved, we’ve added new brands including The College Alliance, each with its own look and feel, but all managed under one CMS.
Key Highlights
- Multi-site CMS structure with central admin
- Fully integrated with Salesforce and Eventsforce
- Front-end user profiles with personal profile and dashboard areas

SEO. Website Audits.
Digital Marketing
From day one, our digital team worked alongside developers to plan a robust SEO migration strategy. Redirects were meticulously mapped and tested, and keyword rankings monitored post-launch. Since then, we’ve delivered monthly SEO audits and health improvements, ensuring long-term visibility, indexability and user experience. This has strengthened AoC’s digital presence and ensured consistent performance as new content and microsites have been added.
