Brief

Astrea asked Bluestorm to support a wide-ranging communications project ahead of a busy summer rollout, including prospectuses, signage, videos, and website copy for multiple schools. They also needed help ensuring visual consistency across all schools and digital platforms.


Outcome

We delivered a full suite of design and communications services, from video production to copywriting, supporting Astrea’s internal team during a peak period and enabling the successful rollout of key branding and comms assets.

We wrote high-quality, consistent web copy for 19 school websites in under six weeks, working from a structured brief and tone of voice guidance provided by the Trust. This ensured each school had clear, well-written content ready for the new sites, helping improve communications with parents and prospective families.

To support Astrea’s rollout, we worked closely with the Trust’s team to create and prepare a full suite of brand assets. This included redrawing and reformatting school logos into high-quality vector artwork, suitable for both digital and print. We also designed new banners and internal/external graphics and arranged fast-turnaround production and installation ahead of the new term.

Video Production

We filmed and edited short promotional videos for 12 schools across the Sheffield area. Each film was planned in advance and shot on location in collaboration with school teams, capturing authentic voices and visuals. The final edits were produced for website and social media use, helping bring each school’s story to life.
