Brief
Chaucer Foods approached us to support their presence at Food Ingredients Europe (FIE) 2023 and future exhibitions across Europe. The brief was to design and deliver a high-quality, sustainable exhibition stand that reflected their global reputation, product innovation and environmental values. We were also asked to provide marketing support and event photography.

Outcome
The exhibition stand we delivered helped Chaucer make a bold, credible statement at a major industry event, while achieving a Gold rating under FIE’s “Better Stands” sustainability programme. The modular design allows for reuse at future events, supporting both cost-efficiency and environmental goals. High-quality photography is now used across their digital and marketing channels.

Working towards Food Ingredients Europe’s “Better Stands” framework, sustainability was central to every decision. We selected recyclable and reusable materials, documented key processes, and liaised with event sustainability auditors throughout. The result was a Gold sustainability rating, validating Chaucer’s environmental values and our practical approach to sustainable exhibiting.

Exhibition & Events
Our team designed and built a bespoke exhibition stand using a modular aluminium framework and reusable graphic panels. LED lighting and integrated messaging created a modern, premium look. The stand was designed with sustainability in mind, allowing it to be disassembled, reconfigured and reused at future events. We managed the full process, including: planning, production, installation and post-event disassembly, ensuring a seamless experience for the client and their team.

Photography
Our in-house photographer captured the full exhibition journey, from build to live event. Our imagery showcased the Chaucer team in action, the stand environment, and branded content in use. The resulting visuals were delivered as a ready-to-use bank of assets for PR, social media, presentations, and future event marketing.
