We are regularly commissioned to support multiple high-profile initiatives across Hull City Council’s tourism and cultural portfolio. The work includes branding, marketing and design support for new events, heritage projects, and public venues. We are also asked to deliver strategic digital campaigns and PR activity to increase visibility and community engagement.
Outcome
Our work has contributed to major increases in tourism reach, volunteer engagement and ticket sales across multiple campaigns. Web Design & Development
We have worked with Hull City Council on a multitude of website projects, such as Invest Hull, Maritime Hull and Green Port Hull. Utilising the relevant branding for each, we have created the websites to meet the briefs for the council, ensuring accessibility guidelines are met. Maritime Hull features a bulletin board, which was a bespoke function required for this website - all of this was achieved within Craft CMS and requires a CMS admin's approval before comments are published live, to maintain control of the comments from the public.

Branding & Brochures
We have created cohesive, campaign-ready visual identities for a wide range of Council-led projects, including two new, recently launched brands - Colliderfest and Must Be Hull. Our work includes brochures, posters, maps, signage, and seasonal theatre guides, designed to reflect Hull’s culture while remaining accessible and visitor-friendly.

Photography, Signage & Graphics
To support Maritime Hull’s transformation of six historic maritime sites and two ships, we designed the large-scale hoarding and new wayfinding totem signs currently being installed around Hull. Our designs help guide visitors, raise awareness of the redevelopment, and maintain visual appeal during construction phases. Our team also produced a full photography package for the launch of Spurn Lightship, including casting, logistics, shooting and post-production. These images now feature across digital campaigns and press.
